Vacuum leaks and MAF sensor issues usualy trigger misfire issues in more than one cylinder in my limited experience (I am not a mechanic, just do home based repairs when I can). Single cylinder misfires are usually plugs, coils, fuel injectors or bad wiring somewhere. Given your post I'd be looking at the fuel injectors and seeing if they can be cleaned up, and if not replaced. You can start with cylinder #4 and if it clears the problem, consider doing the others as it may only be a matter of time before you start getting issues with the other cylinders.

仔细读了数据，"真实"code 只有一个

Cylinder 4 misfire.

因为单缸失火，可能原因从大到小

电路

油路

气路。

查电路，看火花塞，再交换4缸点火线圈与别的(1，2，3)线圈，看失火是否移到别缸。

查油路，看4缸的喷油嘴，与别的喷油嘴比较。

气路，是最不可能的原因。要查的话，测缸压。

开出去转十几个mile再测

我的2018 Tiguan也有类似现象，熄火，再打着，EPC灯就灭了。自己也scan过，说是一个缸misfire。放到一个garage查了一遍，白花近100刀，说查不到问题。告诉我如果再出现，可以开过去查。平常开着倒也没感到什么问题。

多挺了两年，火花塞换一套不亏。自己换也没几个钱。
